Consulting Services
Fees for consulting services are non-refundable once services have been initiated or delivered. If you have any concerns about a current or upcoming engagement, we encourage open communication to address issues and ensure value.
Product & Licensing Purchases
If you purchase hardware, software, or licenses through Data Connectors Edge, those transactions are subject to the return, refund, and support policies of the respective vendors or distributors.
While we do not issue refunds directly for these products, we will gladly assist in coordinating support or issue resolution with the appropriate provider.
